Camp David Farm

Nestled at the edge of the Macedon Ranges, there’s a place where flowers bloom year round amidst lush, green surrounds. From the moment you enter the gates at Camp David Farm, you’ll be swept up in the magic of this gorgeous garden estate.

The enchanted garden

The once unkempt and overgrown grounds have been completely transformed by Carolyn and her late husband, David Ward. The pair lovingly designed and developed the gardens with the help of a part-time gardener to create one of the most beautiful estates in the region.

After clearing the grounds, the passionate team planted an array of oak trees, hedges, shrubs, carpet roses, elm trees, pencil pines and a sea of David Austin Roses.

Of the original landscape, only one majestic cypress tree and a few gum trees remain. The gardens are now fully established with grand hedge-lined lawns, roses in abundance and flowers that bloom all year long.

This has been a truly remarkable achievement, especially as majority of the work and continued maintenance is complete solely by Carolyn herself.

We're thrilled to be part of Consortium Botanicus Collective, Australia's bee-friendly, sustainable, in-season, micro Flower Farm Movement.
